I bought a voice recognition software package from watford electronic that arrived broken.
The cd was not just scratched it was physically broken.
Now i cant get through to them to get my product replaced.
I am considering legal action.
If enough of us club together we can take this lot to court.

I bought a Lite-on 5045 dvd recorder from Watford/Savastore October 2005.
The dvd tray refused to stay closed. 10 e-mails, all ignored.

The customer support line (not advertised) is 0871 666 6606.

Several phone calls later and 10 days of waiting, the saga goes on. Not a great advert for them is it??

DO NOT BUY anything from Savastore.com! They just take your money! Their customer service is absolutely useless - you can't get through to them on the phone and they don't respond to emails. AVOID WATFORD - spend a bit more money elsewhere, like Dell, it's well worth it. more…

Watford are a terrible company, for two reasons; they supply shoddy goods and don't do customer service.

I purchased an Aries PC from them in December. The monitor lacked a base stand, so I had to return it.
